Brevet FFP

METHODS patent and FFP

In France there are several methods of progression and skydiving school :

  • First, the "traditional" method of progression where students begin as automatic opening jumps (OA) before accessing the free fall ;
  • the second method Accompanied Progress in Fall (CAP) where students begin with freefall jumps accompanied by monitors.
  • Thirdly the use of the tandem is possible at all stages of student progress.

The carriage with a safety trigger the parachute is mandatory and must be based on for jumps for all practitioners. I have to control my parachutes periodically by qualified persons. Checking full parachute.

FIRST JUMP

Students must inform their training sheet (cf. Annex) for first jump (OA, PAC, tandem). Training records must be kept three years at the headquarters of the approved structure. Except for tandem jumps or leaps initiation, students have a notebook jumps on which the acquired skills are attested. It is opened by the technical director and annotated by monitors.
