Article 28 – Booking – Adjournment – Reimbursement for services

1- RIGHT TO RETRACT:
For payment of our services, the customer has a period of seven (7) days to exercise his right of withdrawal without any reasons, nor to pay penalties pursuant to Article L. 121-20 of the Consumer Code.
The period mentioned above run from the day of receipt of payment via CB or & rsquo; cashing the check. If this deadline expires on a Sunday or a holiday or day off, it is extended to the next business day.
Any request for reimbursement under Article L. 121-20 of the Consumer Code must be sent by mail with return receipt to the Customer Service of SKYDIVE CENTER at the following address : Gap Tallard airfield, 05130 TALLARD or e-mail to contact@skydivecenter.fr
A request made pursuant to the terms of this section results in a refund within a maximum of 30 clear days.
Any application & rsquo; cancellation after the statutory period for withdrawal, what that & rsquo; to be the reasons, will not be refunded without subscription and filling the condition of & rsquo; insurance.

2- BOOKING SERVICE FOR OUR BENEFITS:
The customer will receive a booking confirmation email indicating the date and the & rsquo; time agreed between the customer and the company SKYDIVE CENTER by phone or through our website or by email exchange. The different methods and the General Terms and Conditions will be attached to him also. L & rsquo; insurance it will also be proposed if it n & rsquo; has not been selected when ordering online via our website www.skydivecenter.fr. The insurance is valid for 1 ( a) benefit (ex: 3 tandem jumps, 3 cancellation insurance )

3 – POSTPONEMENT OF SERVICE BENEFITS
Excluding cancellation insurance the client will postpone the date that & rsquo; only one time past the withdrawal period and 7 (sept ) days before the date of delivery confirmed by email.
In this case only the & rsquo; insurance will allow the customer to postpone several times date.
Between 7 ( sept) days 48 (Forty-Eight) hours before the date of delivery confirmed by email no adjournment will be possible without subscription to the & rsquo; insurance. This last one will carry a possible date.
Between 48 (Forty-Eight) hours and the day of the service confirmed by email, only the & rsquo; insurance will postponement provided a medical certificate indicating the desired performance against.

4 – REIMBURSEMENT OF SERVICE BENEFITS
No subscription to the & rsquo; cancellation insurance no refund past the date of the withdrawal right will be possible. If the Customer n & rsquo; more the possibility of & rsquo; perform his performance (accident, disease, etc…..), reservation can then be transferred or resold by the Customer to a third party who will have the enjoyment of the benefit to the date of the service agreed and confirmed by email.
Cancellation insurance will allow partial refund following dates before the service agreed and confirmed by email.
Between the right of withdrawal and 7 (sept) farms days before the date of the service agreed and confirmed by email, the customer may request a refund in the amount of 75 % ( seventy five percent ) the value of the benefit only set.
Between 7 (sept) days 48 (Forty-Eight) hours prior to the service agreed and confirmed by email, the customer may request a refund in the amount of 65 % ( seventy five percent) the value of the benefit only set.
Between 48 (Forty-Eight) hours and the day of the service confirmed by email, the customer may request a refund in the amount of 50 % (fifty percent) the value of the single set on delivery and presentation of & rsquo; against a medical certificate indicating the desired service.
In all cases the refund request must be requested and sent by post with acknowledgment to: SKYDIVE CENTER , Gap Tallard airfield, 05130 TALLARD
A request made pursuant to the terms of this section results in a refund within a maximum of 30 clear days.

5 – CANCELLATION INSURANCE
Cancellation insurance set up by the company SKYDIVE CENTER for its services as parachute jumps, jump d & rsquo; CAP initiation, placement of a PAC week… shall in no case refunded upon d & rsquo; a claim.

6 – CANCELLATION INSURANCE RATES:
for a baptism freefall ( tandem jump): 15,99 € ttc
for a jump d & rsquo; CAP initiation: 29,99 € ttc
for a CAP training: 49,99 € ttc

Article 29 – Gift ticket / Gift box / Good Gift edited by SKYDIVE CENTER:
A gift ticket or gift box can be purchased and delivered to a third party without reservation date. Payment is made by credit card or check payable to SKYDIVE CENTER. The gift ticket must be paid in full by the customer on the day of the ticket purchase.
The and / or paychecks are cashed upon their receptions in order to validate the purchase. The receipt of the check is confirmation of the ticket purchase.
The validity of a gift ticket is one year counted from the confirmation of the purchase and can not be extended without subscription to the cancellation insurance and a fee of 60 € ttc for a period of 6 (six) additional months from the date of expiry indicated on the ticket gift.
Gift tickets are not refundable beyond the statutory period for withdrawal.
The client will receive the ticket or gift box by email upon confirmation of purchase.
The client must inform the recipient of the gift ticket that & rsquo; reservations by phone at +33 (0)4 92 54 16 38 least two weeks before the desired date is mandatory. The beneficiary will receive a confirmation email of the date and the & rsquo; agreed time.
Excluding the insurance beneficiary shall not postpone the date that a single time between the mailing date of appointment and confirmation email 7 (sept ) days before the date of the said provision confirmed in email. In this case only the & rsquo; insurance will allow the customer to postpone several times date.

Article 34 – Booking partner with another gift boxes:
For any type of gift box, Nice present, Gift ticket, good d & rsquo; purchase for a delivery to be made within the company SKYDIVE CENTER and buy from d & rsquo; another partner as : GROUPON, SMARTBOX, COOL GIFT, 4000 meters, etc. except SPORT DISCOVERY, the customer should contact us by phone +33 (0)4 92 54 16 38 or by mail to make d & rsquo; a date and d & rsquo; a time. He will receive an email confirmation of his appointment and showing him the booking conditions. The customer will have 24 (twenty four) hours to retract it if the conditions & rsquo; use and reservations of his cabinet / good / gift ticket unsuitable. Beyond this time the company will SKYDIVE CENTER cabinet / good / gift ticket consumed with the partner who received the regulations to confirm the reservation and is not refundable. The customer or recipient will then adjourn his performance that & rsquo; only one time, by telephone, mail or letter, 7 (sept) farms days before the date of delivery indicated in the confirmation email. Skip the 7 (sept) farms days before the date of delivery no adjournment will be possible without subscription to the & rsquo; insurance. Subscription to the TEAHUPOO insurance will be proposed in the confirmation email and will offer the same warranty as the underwritten insurance for a ticket / gift set purchased directly on the website www.skydivecenter.fr. The date of expiry of the cabinet / good / gift ticket indicated by the partner will remain the benchmark in its duration of validity. An extension is possible only in the context of the & rsquo; insurance.
